I am conducting an interesting research project aimed at exploring means on which individuals acquired their wealth in a rapid way through business and other means.
As part of this study, I would like to collect information from anyone who knows, has knowledge of or in any way has interatced with Sammy Saloum, a resident of North Texas.
Sammy Saloum has a very short history in business, and has acquired a significant wealth during short amount of time.
While Sammy Saloum could be a very hard working and knowledgeable individual, my research on the Internet thus far has not confirmed either a high academic background, nor a history of business success. On the contrary, the companies Sammy Saloum has been involved with often have ended up going out of business.

I used to work for Sammy. From my experience, I can confirm almost 100% he is a fraud from the way he treated employees.
I used to work at a company called ISP Electronics, that was owned by him and his wife Dania Saloum.
They did not provide any employee benefits, below minimum wage, not even drinking water!. During triple digit summer heat. the warehouse AC broke and they never fixed it to save money.
There was no safety measures. Whenever they had inspection, they would stage temporary safety things, to get their inspection approved.
Yes – I can confirm, this famili is a FRAUD!.
As a former employee, I can confirm that the management at this company has no regard for ethical business practices.

I worked at the company for some time, and I’m very familiar with the way they ran the business. I was instructed to perform shortcuts, do things that I would never do if I was not forced to. Unfortunately at the time I really needed the money, and tolerated them. One of worst things I was forced to do was to pirate Microsoft Windows licenses. The business was refurbishing PCs, mostly HP brand. By law a refurbished PC must purchase a new Windows license, but since the units already had the original license, Sammy was always pushing to “reuse” this, which is illegal, at least as far as I know on newly installed latest Windows 11 etc.
I still have a full list of hundreds of thousands of units that were refurbished and sold by Sammy Saloum with literally pirated Windows license. I would be happy to share the file privately if you can use it to expose Sammy Saloum to Microsoft. (I don’t want to deal with any risks)

Also one thing to add, there were many people working at ISP who did not have work permit.
What Sammy Saloum used to do was to pay their salaries to a third party company which in turn took a cut on the pay (instead of the federal tax) and then paid the workers by check for the reduced amount. I’m not sure how legit that is, but for sure not legal to charge people for federal tax thay can’t directly pay themselves.

I work at HP. I’m very familiar with the individuals here. I was handling some partner related items internally within HP. Sammy and Dania Saloum were representing multiple companies (ISP electronics and Tek service) and had contracts with HP through Julie Ryan who managed return and recovery from HP side. Julie was being paid by Dania and Samie Saloum to give them lucrative contracts. The Saloums could never actually follow the refurbishing contracts assigned to them since they were too small of a company and were only interested in skimming themselves rich on any possible means.
Julie Ryan was aware of the Saloums fraud, but since she would get a portion of the money, she would give them a free ride, and favor the over other partners that could have performed the contracts much better.
Julie Ryan was also fully aware of the fact that ISP was not applying correct Microsoft licenses to the HP equipment they sell. I do also have some material that I’m sure will interest you on this matter.

With the data you have provided I can safely conclude that, as suspected, Sammy and Dania Saloum’s sudden wealth increase has a quite dark side to it.
Now I just need to figure out what to do with this material!. I did not expect uncovering such level of fraud behind a business.
Theft may just be running in their family!
My son went to same school as Sammy Saloum’s son, who tricked my son in loaning him $2,000, took the money, and after few months simply denied that he had taken my son’s money.
Such father, such son!
Sammy Saloum is a known con artist. Unfortunately I learned about that a bit too late.
He contacted me for some urgent repairs in his warehouse once. I helped him to get back on his feet again. Sent the invoice, but he refused to pay. It was only a few thousands so I didn’t bother going after him
I have still his voicemail asking for help.
Where is ICE when we need them? They should deport this guy back to Baghdad!
